Freedom and tolerance between religions

Within the "Musawat" project, the Palestinian Center for Peace and Democracy held a conference on "Freedoms and Tolerance between Religions", which aims to promote freedoms and embody national unity among all the Palestinian people on the basis of the Declaration of Independence issued in 1988 by the Palestinian National Council of the Palestine Liberation Organization .

Three clerics who have a long history in consolidating tolerance and rooting Palestinian national unity participated in this conference: His Eminence Sheikh Saad Sharaf, Father Abdullah July, and the priest Yaqoub Abdullah Al-Samari.

This participated in the conference, which was moderated by the lawyer A. Bayram Ghazal a number of activists, lawyers, and supporters of the Palestinian Center for Peace and Democracy Issues from the northern West Bank governorates.
