Project coordinator job

The Palestinian Center for Peace and Democracy issues announces its need to employ a project coordinator to work at the center’s main headquarters in Beitunia. Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in management, preferably in project management or institutional management, specializing in gender and human rights.

Practical experience of not less than three years in the field of project management, coordination, follow-up and evaluation of projects in private institutions.

Commitment to what was stated in the Palestinian Declaration of Independence from 1988, in addition to commitment to social justice, equality and human rights on the basis of citizenship and loyalty to the homeland and to human values and democracy.

Proficiency in Arabic and English to a high degree, reading, writing and speaking

Experience in writing reports in Arabic and English

The ability to network with the institutions that the center deals with, and to network with youth groups

Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure

Preparing to move between the different governorates of the West Bank

The place of residence must be Ramallah or Al-Bireh

The work hours must be at the center’s headquarters in Beitunia
